WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
We offer free Express Shipping Australia-Wide on orders over $99 via Australia Post*. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking information from Australia Post. Please note if you are ordering ProVision contact lenses, our supplier ships directly via a courier, meaning that no tracking number will be provided. However, should your order status not have been changed to 'processing' or 'shipped' after three days, please feel free to get in contact with us for an update on your order. You can email us at email@example.com or call us on 98912020.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Contact Lenses- We are happy to accept returns on contact lenses any time in the first 30 days. We can either provide a full refund, or in the case of a change in prescription, change them for the correct prescription. Contact lens boxes MUST be unmarked and unopened for hygiene reasons. We are unable to exchange or refund opened contact lens boxes under any circumstances, so please double check your prescription before ordering or contact us for help.
To process a return or exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop into our store. We will arrange an Express Post returns slip to get them sent back.
Frames and Sunglasses- Standard manufacturing warranties for faulty products apply to all products. Please contact us with any queries. We are unable to provide refunds for online orders simply for a change of mind or poor fit, so we highly recommend you read our frame fit guide below before purchasing. We may be able to organise an exchange or store credit, at our discretion. Feel free to contact us for details.
Sale Items- No returns or exchanges available. Please note sale items do NOT qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of $10.99 shipping applies to all sale items. But don't worry, we still send all sale items out via Express Shipping, so you should have your order within a few days!
HELP! I DON'T UNDERSTAND MY CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION?.
Contact lenses come in three types of prescriptions: Spherical, Toric/Astigmatic and Multifocal.
Spherical lenses will have only one number on the box, eg "+2.50" or "-1.50"
Toric or Astigmatic lenses will have three consecutive numbers in the form Power/ Cyl x Axis, eg "+2.50/-0.50 x 180"
Multifocal lenses will have two numbers in the form Power and Add, eg "+2.50 Low Add", or "+2.50 Distance".
BUYING THE RIGHT SIZED FRAME FOR YOU
Before purchasing, we highly recommend checking the size of your current glasses, or trying some glasses on to get a feel for what size you are. This is a little more important for frames than sunglasses, as sunglasses usually are a larger fit anyway.
All good quality frames and sunglasses should have a size on the inside of them, in the form of two sets of numbers, ie "54-17". The first number is the width of the frame and the second is the nose bridge size. Generally speaking, the first digit is the most important. As a guide, our most popular size is approximately 54 for women and 56 for men, but most people will be in the 50's range for the first number. If you are petite and looking at frames, you may want to look for a size closer to 50 or 52. Men tend to be closer to 56-58, and up to 60 for larger heads.
If you are close to us, pop in-store for a FREE adjustment and clean. If coming to us isn't convenient for you, you can also take your frames into your local optometrist for an adjustment, which should be free of charge. Please note we cannot be held responsible for adjustments made by others.
